Our follow-up sessions are designed for returning clients to continue progress on their specific treatment goals. Each appointment begins with a brief clinical reassessment to discuss any changes in your health history or symptoms since your last visit. This ensures your treatment plan remains effective and tailored to your current needs.

Following your session, your RMT will provide any necessary self-care recommendations, such as therapeutic exercise or hydrotherapy, to help maintain your results between visits.

To help you choose the duration that best suits your goals:

30 – 45 Minutes: Recommended for focused, clinical work on one specific area or for those requiring frequent, short maintenance sessions.

60 – 75 Minutes: Our most common durations, providing ample time for a comprehensive treatment that addresses primary concerns while supporting overall musculoskeletal health.

90 Minutes: Ideal for addressing multiple complex issues or for an extended, full-body therapeutic treatment.
